2. Terms of Service

Article 1 — Purpose These General Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern the relationship between Nicolas-David Paris® (“the Provider”) and any person wishing to use his services (“the Client”). The Provider offers mediumship and spiritual guidance readings: remotely via WhatsApp (video recommended, or audio), by phone, Google Meet or Zoom, in a group via Zoom for the Guidance Circles, and in his private office in the Principality of Andorra, by appointment.

Article 2 — Acceptance Any booking or payment constitutes unreserved acceptance of these Terms. The Client acknowledges having read them before placing the order.

Article 3 — Nature of the services The services are provided for spiritual and recreational purposes. They do not under any circumstances constitute medical, legal, financial or psychological advice, and do not replace the advice of a qualified professional. The Provider is bound by an obligation of means and not of result. The Client remains solely responsible for the decisions they make.

Article 4 — Access The services are reserved for adults.

Article 5 — Prices Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included. The applicable rates are those displayed on the website at the time of the order.

Article 6 — Orders and payment Orders are placed online on the official website. Payment is due at the time of the order, before the service. It is made securely by bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. The Client's bank details are never shared with the Provider. For The In-Person Reading, an invoice is sent as soon as the appointment is set; it must be paid before the Client's visit. No payment is possible on site.

Article 7 — How readings take place The Provider contacts the Client at the exact time of the appointment, by the means chosen at booking. For Google Meet or Zoom, the connection link is sent to the Client before the appointment. The Client may be accompanied by an interpreter of their choice. The length of the reading is chosen by the Client at booking. Each reading begins and ends at the scheduled time and cannot be extended; any overrun is charged per 15-minute increment, at the rate shown on the Readings page of the website at the time of booking. If the Client does not answer, the Provider will call back up to 3 times and an email will be sent. In the event of the Client's absence or lateness, the reading is neither postponed nor extended, and it is considered due. Recording readings, in any form whatsoever, is prohibited.

Article 8 — Right of withdrawal In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services provided on a specific date, nor for services fully performed before the end of the withdrawal period with the Client's express consent.

Article 9 — Rescheduling and refunds Once the service has been booked, no refund is possible, except in the event of cancellation by the Provider.

• Scheduled readings (The Clarification, The Private Reading, The Excellence Experience, The Ultimate Experience, The In-Person Reading): rescheduling at no charge up to 14 days before; 30€ from 7 to 13 days before; 50€ from 4 to 6 days before; no rescheduling at 3 days or less.
• VIP readings (The VIP Clarification, The VIP Reading): neither reschedulable nor refundable.
• Written Guidance: non-refundable once started or sent.
• Guidance Circles: purchase is final, no rescheduling or refund; absences cannot be made up. The replay (included with VIP access, or 50€ after the circle) remains accessible for up to 1 year; the link is personal and may be deactivated at any time. Full details are set out in the Refund Policy.

Article 10 — Force majeure The Provider cannot be held liable for any delay or failure to perform resulting from a case of force majeure.

Article 11 — Liability The Provider cannot be held liable for decisions made by the Client following a service.

Article 12 — Intellectual property The content of the website and of the services (texts, videos, sounds, images, teachings) is protected. The teachings shared during the Guidance Circles are exclusively reserved for their participants. Any reproduction, distribution or sharing, including of replays, without prior consent is prohibited.

Article 13 — Confidentiality The Provider undertakes to respect the absolute confidentiality of all exchanges. The Client has the right to access, rectify and delete their personal data, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Article 14 — Disputes and governing law The parties will endeavor to resolve any dispute amicably. Failing that, these Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States) and subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
