Do I need to create an account or a password?
No. You simply enter your email, you receive a six-digit code, and it is open. No password to remember. The login is secured by Shopify, the platform that hosts the site.
Do I need to download it from the App Store or Google Play?
No. The app opens from your browser and is added to the home screen in two steps. It runs on iPhone, iPad, Android and computer, and updates itself.
I have paid: how do I open my member access?
Open nicolasdavidparis.com/meditations and log in with the email used at payment. Your member access is recognized automatically. A confirmation email reminds you of the link.
Can I use it on several devices?
Yes. Log in with the same email on your phone, tablet or computer: your access follows you everywhere.
Can I download the meditations?
The meditations in the app are listened to in the app. If you wish to keep the MP3 files, each meditation is also available for purchase on this page.
How do I cancel my subscription?
The annual and monthly plans have no commitment. You cancel from your customer account, under Subscriptions, or by writing to contact@nicolasdavidparis.com. Access remains open until the end of the current period.
What is lifetime access?
A single payment of 299€: all the meditations, all the journeys and all the video teachings are yours, including everything Nicolas-David Paris® adds in the future, at no extra cost.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify, by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. Your bank details are never shared with us.
