Our services Our services (The Clarification, The Private Reading, The VIP Clarification, The VIP Reading, The Exceptional Accompaniment with The Excellence Experience and The Ultimate Experience, The In-Person Reading, Written Guidance, Guidance Circles) are personalized services, delivered remotely or in our private office in the Principality of Andorra. No item is shipped or returned.
Refunds Once payment has been made and the service booked, no refund is possible, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. The only exception: a cancellation on our part. You may then choose between a full refund and rescheduling.
Rescheduling scheduled readings (The Clarification, The Private Reading, The Excellence Experience, The Ultimate Experience, The In-Person Reading)
- Up to 14 days before the appointment: rescheduling at no charge
- 7 to 13 days before: 30€ rescheduling fee
- 4 to 6 days before: 50€ rescheduling fee
- 3 days or less before: no rescheduling or refund
VIP readings (The VIP Clarification, The VIP Reading) As their slot is reserved as a priority, within 1 hour, VIP readings can be neither rescheduled nor refunded.
In-Person Reading As soon as the appointment is set, an invoice is sent to you; it must be paid before your visit. No payment is possible on site.
Length and extensions
Each reading lasts no longer than the time booked: up to 30 minutes for Immediate Access, up to 15 minutes for The Scheduled Reading, or 30 or 45 minutes if the client doubled or tripled this time when booking, up to 1 hour for The Excellence and 1 hour 30 for The Ultimate. The reading ends at the scheduled time; it may end earlier if the client feels they have received their answers, with no partial refund. Additional time reserved at booking is charged 99€ per 15-minute increment. Any overrun not reserved in advance is charged 150€ per 15-minute increment started, payable at the end of the reading.
Absence and lateness If you do not answer at the scheduled time, Nicolas-David Paris® will call you back up to 3 times and an email will be sent to you. In the event of absence or lateness, remotely or in person, the reading is neither postponed nor extended: it ends at the scheduled time. A missed reading is due and is not refunded.
Written Guidance Guidance that has been started or sent cannot be refunded.
Guidance Circles All purchases are final: no rescheduling, no refund. In the event of a cancellation on our part, you may choose between a full refund and a place in an upcoming circle. Absences during a circle cannot be made up.
Guidance Circle replays The replay is included with VIP access. It can also be purchased after the circle (50€). It remains accessible for up to 1 year after the circle. It is intended for reliving the circle, not for keeping: the link is personal, may not be shared or distributed, and may be deactivated at any time. Replay purchases are final: no rescheduling, no refund.
