How does the reading unfold?
After payment, the team writes to you within 24 hours to choose the day and time with you. Then Nicolas-David Paris® calls you on WhatsApp at the agreed time, by video or audio.
I don't have WhatsApp.
No problem: he calls you by phone, at the number given when you booked. Prefer video without WhatsApp? Write to contact@nicolasdavidparis.com with the date of your reading: a Zoom or Google Meet link will be sent to you.
Should I give him information beforehand?
No. He prefers to discover everything during the reading. Write down your questions in advance and settle in a quiet place.
What if the reading runs over the booked time?
The reading ends at the scheduled time. Any overrun not booked in advance is charged 150€ per 15-minute increment started. For a longer time, choose L'Accompagnement d'exception.
What if I need an answer sooner?
Choisissez The VIP Reading: your reading takes place as a priority, within 1 hour or within 48 hours, 7 days a week, for 300€.
I live abroad.
You can consult from anywhere in the world. For a time slot suited to your time zone: conciergerie@nicolasdavidparis.com.
How can I be sure it is really him?
Impostors write in private messages and ask for payment. Nicolas-David Paris® never contacts anyone first by private message. His readings are booked only on nicolasdavidparis.com.
Can I reschedule my reading?
Yes, depending on the time before your appointment: at no charge up to 14 days before, 30€ from 7 to 13 days before, 50€ from 4 to 6 days before. At 3 days or less, no rescheduling is possible. Write to contact@nicolasdavidparis.com.
Can I get a refund?
Once the reading is booked, no refund is possible, except in case of cancellation on our part: you then choose between a full refund and a new time slot. If you miss the appointment, the reading is due. Refund policy
Can I record the reading?
No. Confidentiality is absolute and no recording is possible.
My payment was declined: what should I do?
Some banks apply enhanced checks on international payments and may block a transaction as a simple precaution. Approve the payment in your bank's app, or authorize payments abroad, then try again. You can also pay with Apple Pay, Google Pay or PayPal. If needed, write to contact@nicolasdavidparis.com: we will send you a secure payment link, and your time slot remains reserved.
Is payment secure?
Yes. Payment is processed by Shopify Payments or PayPal, with your bank's authentication. Your bank details are never shared with us. On your statement, the payment appears under the name NICOLAS-DAVID PARIS.
